As a member of the DENSO Group, SOKEN is committed to advancing the DENSO Group Environmental Policy, “Eco Vision 2035.” We aim to provide positive environmental value to society by going beyond the reduction of environmental impact and contributing to the improvement of the environment itself. While steadily advancing conventional initiatives such as carbon neutrality, we will further enhance the integration of business growth and environmental sustainability through DENSO GX (Green Transformation).

DENSO GX is the core concept of Eco Vision 2035, aimed at simultaneously advancing “three transformations” across “three key areas.”

Three key areas:

Carbon Neutral (Climate Change), Circular Economy (Resource Circulation), and Nature Positive (Biodiversity, Water Resources, and Pollution Prevention).

Three transformations:

Expanding neutrality, fostering positive impact, and developing people and partnerships that create environmental value.

By integrating these initiatives, we aim not only to reduce environmental impact, but also to generate new environmental contributions that create meaningful value for society.

At SOKEN, employee health is essential to the company’s growth and success. On September 4, 2017, we established the SOKEN Health Declaration, reaffirming our commitment to promoting employee well-being and creating a healthy, supportive workplace.

In collaboration with DENSO Corporation, we promote workplace health management and awareness under the guidance of our Health Management Promotion Officer. Company-wide health initiatives are carried out through the Occupational Health and Safety Committee and other relevant bodies.

SOKEN has been recognized as a Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization for eight consecutive years since 2018, a designation awarded by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi. Additionally, we have earned multiple certifications and registrations for fostering a positive work environment, including:

Key Activities

SOKEN actively engages in initiatives that address the needs and requests of local communities, with a focus on coexisting with the community, building safe and secure towns, and supporting youth development and facilities for people with disabilities.
